Everytime i get something done, check something off the list (especially the biggie things) i all of a sudden extrememly overwhelmed. I get nauseous, get freaked...etc. etc
No i don't doubt that i want to get married and this is the man of my dreams, it is just the immense gravity of the decisions that we are making gets to me..it overwhelms me..I get over it after a couple of hours but still i definately feel faint

It's probably because you are a very sentimental and sensitive person, as well as the reality of a life changing event getting closer. Make sure to take some time out for you - it's OK to take a 'day off' from planning every now and then!! Good luck.

I get like that, too. Whenever some asks me if I'm nervous yet, I'm really not. I just sort of shrug it off. But whenever I start thinking about it, or I hear a song that makes me think of the wedding or something, I get really overwhelmed by it all. The tears are flowing fairly easily these days, even before my grandmother got sick, but with 2 weeks left, I'm feeling like there's this huge thing dangling in front of me and I don't know how to quite deal with it.

That's sweet of you to say, but I sure as hell don't feel it!
I would guess that it's totally normal to feel this way. The planning sort of overshadows the enormity of what the day is really about, and with each thing you finish, the closer you get to dealing with the reality of it all. That's not a bad thing...it's just a really major thing!

If you add constantly doubting your decision, then thats exactly how I feel! I think its just nerves. Getting married is a big step and induces nerves. Also, the nerves about the wedding itself (the party) can get to you. The closer you get to the wedding and the more you take care of, the more real it seems.

I get more emotional then physically upset but I get mental...a mix of excitement and nerves when I book something, or do anything major...I don;t quite understand it myself...but at least we arent the only ones right?

Oh thank goodness I am not alone. I have the overwhelming feelings that I have so much to do with so little time. We are paying for the wedding ourselves and I panic over funds. Sometimes the anxiety is too much and the feeling lasts for hours.
It makes me feel better knowing that I am not the only one! Thanks ladies!!
