My shower is on the 27th and seriously nothing is moving. A few things were bought but I know who bought them.
Plus I know a bunch of people haven't even responded and the rsvp deadline is on Thursday.
We only invited like 40 people I thought it would be better just close family and friends but now I feel like I am going to have noone there.
Is that a really small amount of guests at a shower?
I do not know why I am stressing over this.

don't worry...im sure you just have a lot of last minute shoppers! I know i am!! i got a gift for someones shower (last month) 3 days before her shower!!!!!

Thanks guys, I guess it is so hard for me to undes=rstand because I am so anal and prepared and do everything early.
I rsvp the day I get the invite and I always have a gift atleast 2 weeks before. I know I am soo screwed up
I am the same way. I respond right away and get a gift right away. I hate shopping when there is nothing left on the registry!

Our little reception dinner thingie is on the 19th (1.5 weeks) and people are just now starting to get things. No worries!

don't fret over the small amount of invites, i have the same amount, it will be very intimate and nice to have those close women in your life there regardless of the amount...lately, i've also realized that with online ordering and express delivery ppl are waiting until last minute to buy gifts...stay positive
