And now there appears to magically be a bride that was married early this year that had never commented on anything before that he.only comments are raving about that vendor......hmmmm think it's someone from the company too???
We have a right to be honest with one another no??? Don't you want to know of someone had a bad experience with a specific vendor??? That's not right that a vendor can get a bride neg comments deleted!!!

Yes! I got this from a travel agent on here once when I was part of a thread about travel agents vs booking yourself. Def not cool! I feel like I can't say anything about anyone on here now and if I do, it has to be super positive! I care too much what my vendors think of me lol. (Not that I have anything negative to say whatsoever so far)
I also noticed that my vote and comment for best of 2015 for one of my vendors was turned into a 5 star review on their liw page. Idk if that was liw or the vendor, but I don't like it. My wedding didn't even happen yet, can I please get the chance to write my own review??
And stuff like that makes you really question reviews you read. Were they taken out of context? Was it even written as a review, or copy/pasted from something else? Which is why LIWeddings was SUPPOSED to be a great site, not just reviews but you can ask a real person about their opinion. But not so, apparently. Shameful.
Not okay! LIW I hope you're listening. This site has great potential, but let us be honest!
In my opinion vendors should only have a access to vendors helping brides

It's ok. I'm a teacher and my students found my page a few years ago. Even though it was private, I didn't like them seeing it. I started working at a new school last year and am not yet tenured, so I just want to play it safe until I am.

Understandable, have you considered a name swap? I know my teacher friends use their middle name instead of their last name or a last name that is similar to their own, but spelled a little different or even just swapping the first letter of thier last name and first name, (so if you're Teresa Marie Meresa Tarie).

FYI LIW contacted me yesterday saying they'd take down my 'review' that was copy and pasted from 2015 Vendors voting. They said they did it to help with search engine optimization, but she understood why I was upset and wanted the chance to write my own review AFTER my wedding. So, they are listening!

Just so everyone knows I am a real East Wind bride, You are welcome to call there and ask them if I got married there may 2nd 2014. I am very offended that someone would think I was in cahoots with ada and that I was working with them. I was so happy with all my vendors that I felt the need to let people know. I didn't only rave about ADA I also raved about my officiant and the east wind! I was happy with everyone and I felt the need to post on here. I didn't know that so many people needed help looking for photo and video and venues. please dont think I am lieing at all!
