Let me give a little scenario. I do not have a wedding planner, everything is being done by me and my family. Ceremony begins at 3:30pm (keep in mind it is about 1 1/2hrs away from where I live now)
The reception hall will open at 9am...I will be decorating the ceremony location and the reception hall that morning....then have to take pics before the ceremony...I will be doing my own hair and make up...will I have enough time..will I be ready by 3:30 for the ceremony. I plan on keeping all the decorations and supplies upstate at my FH's family's house (about 30mins) from the reception hall. What do you girls think? Im I cutting it close. I mean I plan on having everything fully assembled and decorated ex: the arch, and centerpieces....

I think that you will be able to do it-would I recommend it-No. If you do choose to still do it yourself maybe have people come and help you this way if there are any issues and it isnt done in time you can leave and do what you need to do while they finish it up for you. Or if you can swing it get a DOC
