Will you be changing your name?

I don't think I will be. All of my degrees are in my current name.

All of the women I have modeled my career after have not changed their names.

But a part of me wants to be known as Mrs. Reinhart.

I brought this up an lunch the other day and the men in the office flipped out on me. One going so far as to say they wouldn't marry someone who wasn't going to change their name.

Just wondering what your thoughts were.

and I am having issues the more I look around that my new last name will begin with a Q lol silly, i know, but you try finding a Q in script for a cake topper that actually looks like a dam Q! lol

LMAO Lisa - this is amazing!!! yea - 'Q' can be kind of difficult but at least you have some time and I am sure you can always find a vendor on Etsy who would make one!!

I will be changing my last name to his. I cant wait until we have children and are the D****a Family.

Im a little sad to be changing my name only because my dad was the only son in his family and then he had all girls.. sooo no one will carry it on from here :( there are others out there i know that but not many!

a positive thing im moving from a Z last name to an r.. i moved up a few spots yayy! My married name will be Rizzo .. i feel like it is sooo common but im excitied!!

lol weezy - they all look like 2's or once they are in the cake they will look like an O b/c the tail will probably be IN the cake! LOL then we were at BB&B the other day.. and say monogrammed votices.. i wanted one forh te house... he was on all fours trying to find a Q! I told him (joking) 'that's it! I am not takign your name! I can't even find a freakin candle with a Q on it! lolol'

I will be changing my name. I will probably still use my maiden name for business purposes though. We also agreed that if we have a girl, her middle name will be my last name: Bria.

I have a terrible last name that no one can pronounce. I cant wait to get rid of it! I am very Italian but my last name isn't. I am going to be so happy to finally have an Italian last name.

Yes, I will be changing my name and I love his last name! However, I'm going from a last name that's very easy to spell to one that is twice as long and ALWAYS mispronounced!

However, the policy at work is that even though your name is changed on everything else, your email address stays the same...so its like I get to keep a little piece of it lol

i always thought that i wouldn't change my last name to keep me connected to my dad who most of the time doesn't want anything to do with me really i don't know what my reasoning was but now that i met the right man i am happy to change my name for his.

anyway growing up in school when the teacher paused and stared at the attendance sheet i knew they were up to my name

I am keeping my last name as a middle name since I dont have one, but I think my FH would flip out if I didnt use his.

Funny thing is I NEVER wanted to change before my FH I always said, 'I will never change my name for a man...that is so sexist...I love my Italian name'...bla bla bla

Well, now I CAN NOT WAIT to take his last name!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited! (and it's Italian too! yaay!)

I particular want to hyphen my name....i like th sound of Dr. Raoul opposed to Dr. Louis>>>it sounds fake becuase i worked hard to be a Dr. as a Raoul not a Louis...Im weird.. I know....

I definitely want to keep my last name professionally. Still deciding on personally. FH's sister has the same first name as me and is not planning on getting married and changing her name anytime soon!
