I am in LOVE with my e-ring but cannot really wear a w-ring unless I am ok with a gap or getting a w-band customized to curve around the e-ring. Plus, my e-ring is really intricate so wearing a w-band with it will prob only take away from the intracacy.
SOOOOOO my plan is to move my e-ring to my right hand and wear my w-band on the left hand. i know a lot of girls who do that. It's just an option so you can wear both still.

I have the same problem. But I love my e ring and so I am going to have my wedding band made to fit with my e ring. They are going to take my e ring and make a wax mold out of it and them somehow from there make the band. I don't know how this whole process is going to turn out and I am a bit worried about it and the price and all.. but I really want to be able to wear them both together on the same finger. I have other rings i like to wear on my right hand and so its not an option to wear one on each hand. I tried on sooo sooo many rings with my e ring and they all look sooo stupid because of the huge gaps on the sides... nothing fits. So i have no choice. Also, the sides of my band has detailing on it ... I saw one of you have something similiar going on on the sides... so i want them to replicate that on the wedding band.

I am totally wearing my ering....I am actually combining my ering and wedding band to make one big ring....love the sparkle!

I had a problem finding a wedding band that fit with my e-ring too, but FH and I had a band custom made so that I can wear them both together, not have a gap and still have bling! The best of all worlds ![]()
Maybe look into having a custom made wedding band instead of taking apart your e-ring?

I will wear mine but prob not every day. my band matches my ring but it doesn't sit flush against it. If i wanted it to be flush it would have to be custom and cost a lot more than we planned on spending.... blah blah blah. Because i'm anal its all i keep thinking of his how other ppl will be like 'OMG it doesn't sit flush'. I know I'm being silly but i can't help it. So i may wear them on sep hands.

After all the planning FH would kill me if I did that, I think if anything, like many other girls said, you should wear your e-ring on your other hand. Good Luck!!!!

You could always wear it on your right hand. Thats what I wanted to do because I had the same problem. But FH said if I was wearing it, I had to wear it on the left ring finger (?!). So I got some bling.

I'm wearing my E ring foreverrrrrr, it carries the big bling! I would just get a custom band, unless of course you don't LIKE your E ring and then I'd see if you could reset...some men will react poorly to that, some will want you to have the ring you LOVE...you know him best so your call!

My ring doesn't fit with any ring because it's an aquamarine, so it wasn't exactly made to be an Ering. I'm going to wear it on my right hand after we get married. I want to wear it forever. ![]()
I think when someone spends so much money on a ring, you should wear it forever, but how you do that, whether it's a ring, a necklace, whatever, is up to you. Just make sure you talk it out first, and don't do anything that will cause a major argument. I think if he doesn't like it, it will really hurt his feelings since he picked it out, and spent the money and stuff. Even though it is yours, I think it means a lot to a guy to pick something out that you like so much, they feel proud. So you don't necessarily want to steal their thunder.
