Cloud Nove Events raffled off a FREE full Day of Coordination package at the Bridal Extravaganza last week, but the bride who won was unable to use it, so we're going to re-raffle this valuable service today- only on LIWeddings/NYCityWeddings! Cloud Nove Events full DOC service includes:

Full Day of Coordination (includes 12 hours of service day-of)
• Complimentary Initial Consultation
• Unlimited consultation via telephone and email
• Final detailing appointment during the month of the wedding
• Confirmation and coordination of all vendor details, contracts and scheduling the week before the wedding
• Wedding Day Timeline and Itinerary
• In conjunction with your maitre-d and bridal attendant, supervision and coordination of processional and recessional, photo sessions, bridal party introductions, reception timeline, and DJ/MC playlist

Since day 1 of wedding planning I always thought to myself is this traditional wedding really worth it? In the end I know it is because this is probably the only time when me and my fiance can celebrate each other and our love. It would be so fabulous to have a DOC who could take care of all of the details that I wouldn't want to think about and help handle my crazy family!

More times then not I let my anxiety get the best of me and I want nothing more then for me & my family to be guests at our wedding. It would be a dream to have a DOC. Thank you for re-raffling this to another deserving bride!

I would LOVE a DOC because I would like to take as much pressure off of my family as possible. They have been amazingly supportive so far, and I don't want my mother/sister/godmother/grandmother to have to do anything on the big day--just relax and enjoy themselves! FH and I originally wanted a destination wedding because of this, but my grandmother's health isn't what it used to be, and it would kill us if she wasn't there. When we suggested it to her, she said 'Oh, destination wedding. You mean like in Queens, instead of Brooklyn (where I grew up).' It would put all of the amazing women in my life at ease. Plus, it would take a load off of my shoulders!

ETA: The church will be St. Francis De Sales in Belle Harbor Queens!

I would like a day of coordinator because i am currently living in Virginia. I am, right now, only making it back to NY once every other month to try to pack as much as I can into one weekend! I have a great family, that is trying to help as much as they can and they think that i should not hire a DOC because they are around to help! I am doing ok planning all the big things, but when it comes to that last month, I would appreciate someone else helping me make sure i have everything i need for my special day!

Right now it is extremly hard planning our wedding because we both work full time, I attend school at night and have 2 children, this doesn't leave much time for planning. I would love a Day of Coordinater to make sure that everything runs smoothly from the beginning of our wedding day until the end, so I do not have to burden my mother with all the extra's either.

I could really use a DOC because I planned a ton of little details without thinking of how these details would be executed. I now have about 75 pounds of candy in my dining room that need to be filled in the twenty glass jars according to my specification, a beautiful diy aisle runner without an idea of how it will be laid down and lots of other little things that need to be taken care of. This of course would have been taken care of by my MOH since I did everything for her on her wedding day however my MOH (sister) lives in Charlotte, NC and is due to have a baby the same week as my wedding so my sister won't even be there for me! I could use someone to ensure the day I've been planning for over two years will be perfect!

I would like a DOC because I want to not have to worry anything! I want to feel like everything is under control. FH and I are paying for the wedding ourselves and are already over budget. I have always wanted a DOC but cannot afford the service. I wish I could be given the opportunity to receive one.

I would like to have a DOC because I have a large bridal party and would need help ensuring everyone is where they need to be and make sure things run smoothly. Also a DOC would take some of the stress off of me on the day so I wouldn't have to worry!

With a guest list at 343 and a room max of 320 ...I need some help! Plus, I have a dissertation to write and an internship to apply for throughout this year so I can finally get my Ph.D. after 10 years of college! Some reassurance that our wedding dreams, which have come 2nd to school until now, will come true will prove to be heaven sent!

I am the type of person who notices the details. I would love to have a DOC to oversee those details so my FH and I would be able to relax and enjoy our wedding day with our loved ones. A DOC would be the missing piece to making sure our wedding day is perfect.

I need DOC services because I am an Out of Town bride and I have an 10 month old so travelling back and forth from Florida to NY is really hard. I can only get to NY 2 days before my wedding. I need DOC services so everything will run smoothly on my day because I can't get to do alot of things before hand and I could only imagine how hectic it's going to be that week and I would love to relax and enjoy my day with my friends and family and not worry about anything.

i can use a DOC because i find comfort in things running smoothly and correctly. i know if i dont have one that i will make it a point to do this myself which is probably a bad thing for a bride to do on her wedding day. i considered a DOC but didnt have it in the budget.

I can plan the wedding and deal with the minor mishaps. I can laugh things off and grin and bear it. I'm naturally a happy and fairly easy-going person. But between my nutty father and my 'trying to be helpful' but not-so-helpful future mother-in-law and twin sister-in-laws, I kinda have my hands full... I need as much help as I can to keep the 'helpers' OUT when things get hectic!! hahahah

Unfortunately the cost of a DOC doesn't fit into our budget but we desperately need one!!!! We would be so greatful to win this amazing service

Our wedding day is a long time coming...over ten years!! This is the one raffle I really wanted to win. Being a interracial couple has been very difficult at times wit the families and we have adopted a 'us against the world' mentality.

How wonderful it would be to focus soley on my fiance and the beginning of our new life together without worrying about the little details of the day.

Either way, the day wull be amazing but it would be great to look around the room, seeing our families together and not have to worry about a thing.

It would help me a great deal to have a DOC because I live in Connecticut but the wedding is in Long Island. Half of the guests and half of the bridal party are from Connecticut. It's hard to plan everything from another state and a DOC would make it a whole lot easier to feel like I didn't forget anything on the happiest/most stressful day of our lives!!!

I would love to win a DOC with your company, Cloud Nove Events, for my future husband. My reason might sound odd, but for us a wedding is not about all of the little details but the celebration of our love for one another. Therefore, this would be a perfect gift as it would allow us to focus on the actual act of marriage and not get caught up on the little things that might go wrong on our wedding day. In the end I know I know our day will be amazing and special, but a DOC would even make it that much more relaxing and enjoyable.

I would love to have a DOC because the most important person to me will be missing that day...my mother. I feel that having a DOC would help me plan and make decisions that I would of made with my mom. I am doing it all alone so it would be nice to have someone by my side!

A DOC would help me tremendously because I have two of my students who have autism in my wedding party. It would help immensely to have someone there to help coordinate and help me by helping them make it down the aisle. Also we have 2 family members that we have asked not to come and it would put our minds at ease knowing that someone was looking out for them instead of us having to worry about them coming.

A DOC would be an AMAZING help because of all of the various vendors we will be having. We have two dj companies (one for reception, one for cocktail hour and photo booth) plus a singer for dinner. We will also be having guests from other countries so having someone there to coordinate transportation etc. would help so that my mom can enjoy the day with me and not stress!
