Cloud Nove Events raffled off a FREE full Day of Coordination package at the Bridal Extravaganza last week, but the bride who won was unable to use it, so we're going to re-raffle this valuable service today- only on LIWeddings/NYCityWeddings! Cloud Nove Events full DOC service includes:

Full Day of Coordination (includes 12 hours of service day-of)
• Complimentary Initial Consultation
• Unlimited consultation via telephone and email
• Final detailing appointment during the month of the wedding
• Confirmation and coordination of all vendor details, contracts and scheduling the week before the wedding
• Wedding Day Timeline and Itinerary
• In conjunction with your maitre-d and bridal attendant, supervision and coordination of processional and recessional, photo sessions, bridal party introductions, reception timeline, and DJ/MC playlist
• Distribution of final balance and gratuities to vendors on your behalf
• Ensure proper placement of place cards, photographs, menu cards, unity candle, programs, petals, guest book, and favors

Why do Cindy & Pat need a DOC? For Sanity. Your engagement is a special time that you should enjoy to the fullest and we want to enjoy it. Wedding are stressful without a doubt. Our budget does not permit a DOC at the moment and we were considering cutting our wedding video expense to get one but then we would have no treasured memories. DOC would help asking in the “right” questions to all the vendors and assuring all communication between vendors goes smoothly,on budget, and with our “vision” of the wedding in mind.

Become our lifesaver and rescue our wedding video!!

I really wanted a coordinator so that my fiance and I would be stress free the day of our wedding. Unfortunalty my fiance talked me out of it because we could not afford it on our budget. If we won that would put the 'icing on the cake' make our wedding perfect. :)

I would love a DOC, but there is no way I can fit it into my budget right now. I am worried that I am going to be obsessing over small details on my wedding day, and that things won't go as planned because I am doing it all on my own! I want to relax and know that there is someone taking care these details and that everything will be beautiful!

We would love to have a DOC for our wedding because we are high school sweethearts who are the first ones out of all our cousins, siblings, and friends to get married, so it would be fantastic to have someone help us out on our big day since we don't really have anyone who knows a lot about weddings lol.

We are also unsure if this would fit in our budget, so it would be a huge weight lifted off our shoulders if we knew everything was taken care of, and this is one less thing we have to worry about!

I would love to have the DOC since honestly, I have no idea what to do and how to plan for a wedding. I really do not have much help since my family hasn't had a wedding in 19 years (when my oldest sister got married)!! My FH and I are paying for everything ourselves and my only wish is that everything comes out beautifully.

I would love to have a coordinator to help carry through the ideas, plans and visions I have for our wedding. Really, I am looking for someone who can alleviate the stress I anticipate on our wedding day, so that I can simply relax, soak it in and enjoy my new husband, friends and family who came to celebrate with us!!
