me and FH went there met w/Anthony we found him way too pushy half the time I was tooning him out BUT it is beautiful. We booked elsewhere because we felt they were nickle and diming us for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! chair covers, upgraded linens 15 extra pp!!! , we felt like he was pulling these prices out of his a$$

Re: Windows on the lake
That's odd... we got COMPLETELY different feel... I know that there ARE two Franks working there...an a** and a nice guy. We got the nice guy... he even threw in a free ice sculpute when my Mom came b/c she didn't see how it can be soooo expensive now a days. LOL... Nothing is extra... just the tax...whcih is like that everywhere. So...I think it came to about 101 pp all in all. I got quoted the same price for Chatau La Mer..and honestly, took us a while to figue out which one to go to. Windows won obviously lol... Can't wait for pictures! :)

Funny story - we were treated very well, and when we sat down to discuss everything after taking a tour, Frank or Anthony - can't remember who - insisted we try the penne a la vodka - that it was to die for, and yep! It was. He then insisted they were the BEST catering hall because they serve the champagne COLD, not pre-poured so it gets warm and that they do their own baking on premesis, yadda, yadda, yadda. When I asked if he had my date available (keep in mind, this was back in the beginning of March for a July 2009 wedding) he sneakily took his date book so we couldn't see, flipped a few pages, and told us there were ONLY TWO DATES IN JULY 2009 LEFT!!! One just HAPPENED to be mine! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! P.S. - there was absolutely NOTHING on those pages - I peeked! Overall, they were nice and the bit of food we tasted was great - just a bit 'lets-seal-the-deal-NOW-ish'
