Wine bottle favors

For those of you doing wine bottles as favors-

Are you doing full bottles per couple or mini bottles per person? What type of wine are you doing? Where are you getting it from?

I am not doing this because my sister did, but she used the large bottles for couples. They got the bottles from Trader Joes (the wine is really good and cheap but you have to drive to city to pick up) and she did her own labels.
