Wine/Beer Bottle guest book

One of the, i believe 2012 girls, spoke about a Wine Bottle Guest book on the brides reivew. I FMed her, but has anyone else ever heard of this?
My FH and I don't drink much wine, but we are big beer people so i'm thinking about doing this with beer bottles. But, i dont know how its done.
Anyone....?

You set out like wine bottle labeled 1 5 15 20 etc. your guests are supposed to write on them or leave messages for you to look back on, on each of those anniversaries as you drink the wine.
