Winsor Pilates

Those of you who are doing the Pilates routine... Do you find that it's working? I've been thinking about purchasing it as a supplementary to my regular gym routine....

Any feedback?

For those of you that take the cl***es and have the tapes...what do you think of the tapes? I was thinking about getting them so my DH would do them too.

i just got the tapes & i tried the basics tape & i like it sooo far!

and the reason why you can't say classes is cuz half the word is the word a$$ - ron & liz must have it on an auto sensor or something!

to anyone who was thinking of ordering the tapes - DO IT NOW! i've been doing them all weekend & am i in some kind of pain (but good pain )!!!

Im SOOO happy you are 'feeling it'. They are good tapes. Have you taken your measurements before you began?

i actually go to this gym which takes my measurements every 3 weeks.... not Curves - so, I'm going to just keep having them take them!

I've been doing them for 2 weeks (taking only one day off each week) and I'm already starting to see some results. My butt feels a little higher and my stomach is tighter. I even tried on a bikini today and looked decent in it I have never in my life worn a bikini.

i tell u what.... if something isn't hard on me by the time of the wedding with me going to the gym in the afternoon & doing pilates in the evening.... something is wrong here!!!! lol
