Winter Brides what did you wear?

As something over you? Im in search of something and I dont know what to buy...

I wore this...my FIL who is deceased gave it to my MIL back in the 60's. I wore it for about 30 seconds! I had so much adreneline pumping I didn't need it. I also got married on one of the coldest days I can remember so I won't stress about it too much!!

I didnt wear anything aside from my dress. I also had so much adrenaline - i didnt need anything - i was actually hot outside - granted i had a nice day - temp was high 40s to low-mid 50s but i hontesly didnt feel it at all!

I was looking to by a white fur mink coat - but at the end - it wasnt worth the money - i would wear it for a couple of pics and then never wear it again

I have been looking at some faux white fur wraps, but can't find anything that is worth me spending the $$, since I probably won't wear it again ever. I will probably not get anything, unless I end up borrowing something.

I rented a white fox fur stole at Henry Cowit on 29th street. it was $175 for the weekend (Thursday through Monday)

I'm renting this fox fur wrap... it's $150 for the weekend. From a fur shop in manhasset (right next door to the Wedding Salon- I can't remember the name!)

FYI - Charlotte Russe sells the faux fur wraps for like $30... I saw them this week at the massapequa mall. They have white and black.

I like the faux fur idea. I would have knit myself a faux fur wrap or jacket if I had the time! Too bad I won't! They are so cute!

Im doing everything inside the temple- including getting dressed. We arent venturing outside unless it is a clear night. I didnt know you can rent!!!

Today I got from Davids bridal the faux fur muff. I was going to get the cape but I looked like I was hiding an entire football team underneath. So I opted for the muff.

Those fur wraps are beautiful. Knowing my luck I'll be walking around in the city and some peta freak (no offense to any animal lovers) will douse me with red paint.
