Winter Engagement Photos

Anyone know a place or two on Long Island or in the city that would have beautiful outdoor photos in January? My fiancee and I want to use engagement photos as our save the date but we would have to take the pictures now in order to send them out in time. Any suggestions or photos would be greatly appreciated. javascript:FEmote('');

Rockefeller centre ice rink or the ice rink in Central Park would probably be nice :)
