Winter Garden Room Fox Hollow vs Milleridge

I am biased to FH, but the Fox is great! Food is amazing and there is a hotel on site. Ive been to two weddings at FH already and they did wonderful jobs both times. Ive never been to Millridge for a wedding but Ive eaten there before for a shower and the food was very good

Thanks Guys!! That's why I kind of like the Milleridge a little bit better, because it is only one bride.. plus I was told (not sure how true it is) but they have 100s of candles lite when you first walk in to start that romantic feeling.

Winter Garden Room Fox Hollow vs Milleridge

Have you seen the Milleridge in the last few weeks? It is all lit and decorated for Christmas, tons of lights and candles, only one Christmas tree so its not overly Christmasy, just holiday like with the candles and lights. I know the manager said they are still decorated in January so I would double check and go look at it sometime soon! We didnt look at FH bc I knew/figured it was out of my budget. When we walked into Milleridge we just felt comfortable and loved the big dance floor, cozy/homey feeling and the price was great for what we were able to negotiate. I don't think you can go wrong with either place as I've only heard good things about FH. good luck!

Thank you!! I would love to here what price you received. Yes they said we would have the option and they could take the decorations down if we liked! I like that there isn't any red in the decorations, but it is gorgeous!! (we actually got a cheaper quote at foxhollow (because of the no 20% charge) but we also opted for the Gold menu at milleridge. Did you do the tasting there? and I love the cozy feeling!!

I'm biased to FH since we will be having our wedding there. We love the warm cozy feeling, hotel being right there and decorations will still be up for the holidays. I'm sure whichever venue you choose it will be an amazing day! :)

I liked the food at the Fox Hollow much more than the Milleridge Inn but it's totally personal preference. I also feel like the Fox Hollow is a little more up to date and the Milleridge inn is more traditional. hope that helps!

Winter Garden Room Fox Hollow vs Milleridge

I am totally bias because we are having our wedding at FH and in the same room. We absolutely loved the feel of the WGP room and have heard such amazing things about weddings at Fox Hollow. Pretty sure I had my prom at Milleridge, but I do not remember it well and it was over 10 years ago!

I am biased towards Fox Hollow, I got married there April 11, 2014, and they did an amazing job!!! I have absolutely no complaints of the Fox Hollow and the Hotel is beautiful!!! They made my wedding and family and friends feel so comfortable, my guests are still raving about the food and customer service....I would say Fox Hollow all the way!!! :)

I vote Milleridge, but I am biased! They have been amazing to work with and have thrown a lot in for free. I found the people at Fox very salesman like and that I should be impressed with them. As a side remark regarding the food, the chef at the cottage is completely different than the Inn.
