Winter/Fall Brides( I did the worst thing ever )

Check the weather history for my date

Im so worried now..
I went on weather.com and made a weather page.. you put in your wedding location and it gives you the exact weather hr by hr for the last three years on your date and keeps you updated as the date is approaching...

I know Oct is not the warmest month.. but I didnt realize how cold it can get.. now im worried.. I thought Oct was good.. its our anniversary month.. and well it just worked for us.. and now Im about to order save the dates Im so scared..

I just did this and was pleasantly surprised. The last 3 years, it's been between 53 and 62 degrees on my date. Hopefully I'll be lucky and it will stay with the pattern this year too.

Our wedding was on Thanksgiving last year and it was like 60 degrees! We didn't even wear jackets over our strapless dresses.

you can't always go by that. It shows how its been in the past but the following year can be different. I remember in 07 there was a day in January that was about 70 degrees, it was crazy. When i went out i had to take my jacket off bc it was so warm. Then halloween is usually cold but there have been a few times where it was real nice out and warm. So you just never know

i know people who got married in spring, summer and had bad days and then some in the fall and winter who had beautiful days so its hard to tell

Even when it gets close they mess up predictions. The whole 2 weeks before my wedding they said very cloudy, 50-60 degrees and rain all day. Even up until the day before my wedding they said rain on my day. Only late at night did it change a bit and said just rain at night. Well the day of my wedding I woke up and it was so sunny out, not a cloud in the sky, and perfect weather. I picked may bc i always wanted 75 degree weather, i said 75 would be my ideal number, now i said anywhere around that ill be happy with. The day of i turn on the tv and it said 75 degrees. The day was perfect, i think at night around 10pm while we were inside the RH it rained for a few mins and thats it. I didnt even know until later when somebody told me

Don't stress. Every year is different. Even the week of my wedding they said there was supposed to be torrential rain on my day and it was beautiful. It will all work out. Trust me, you'll have bigger things to stress over!

Honestly, it poured on my wedding day, and when it comes down to it... i didnt even care! Yeah i was a little upset, but that lasted all of two seconds.... you can not control mother nature....

I'm not going to stress about it. I'm getting married in November so I don't think snow will be an issue; we're not doing an outside wedding (or I wouldn't have picked November) and if it rains, we already have backup plans for photos.....

Honestly, don't fret these things! It's 50 degrees today and it was 23 degrees on Monday... it just goes to show you that weather is unpredictable!
