b/c I really like my boss and of course my job as a whole..I don't want to leave him hanging w/out having the chance to find my replacement...(that way I can train the person too)

Good luck to you! Are you nervous they might say we don't need you for 2 months? What if they find someone else in like 3 or 4 weeks?

VERY!!! BUT, I think on the whole, it would be a disadvantage to them to let me go so quickly...there's ALOT that my replace. is going to have to learn, and it'll take more than 3 weeks to get it all absorbed.
i hope they don't tell me to leave right on the spot!!
