When do you meet with the hall to go over the menu etc? How long does it take and when do they do it? I am OOT and hoping to do ours in August...

im not sure how long before. your best bet is to call your BM and find out, especially since you are out of town.

I think my BM told me we pick the menu 6 weeks before the wedding. I am sure they can accomodate your schedule whenever you will be in town. I would say it takes at least an hour.
