it starts at 3 ends at 7 - i've been to the one in october - it's a bridal showcase where vendors come and try to sell you their services or stuff and you also can get Free stuff if you sign up for their mailing list. The bride has to pay $10 which is donated to city harvest and you get a bag full of stuff (well atleast that's what happened in oct) see you girls there - when are you girls going?

we're going only for the cake tasting. not sure what time we're going but hwopefully early like when it starts. i emailed helen 2x this week to confirm that the cake thing was still happening. she didn't respond. if i walk in there and they tell me no cake, i'm taking back my $10!

I emailed Helen to ask her a question this week and someone else responded. I hate not having a go-to person or knowing who I am supposed to be talking to. I have no idea what they're doing over there but honestly they need to get some people who know how to respond to emails in a timely fashion. /vent.
What time does the cake thing start??? I went to one of these last April or May I think and since all of my vendors are booked I don't feel like walking through all of that again.

LOL - or you can pretend you're not a bride and go in for free...I think only the bride needs to pay. From the last time I spoke to her end of February she said the cake tasting is then...also there will be appetizers and drinks served (hopefully) unless they change the policy...we're planning on going early

I don't think it's an official cake tasting - it's more like you walk into the library room - and there's sheets of cake with filling and you choose which ones you want to try - that's what I did in October.
