I wasn't contacted once since booking last july. And now I am starting to go crazy about the fact that a) I never know who to ask for and b) it takes me days to get any issues resolved!!!!!! Had major issues with tasting and its been over a week to schedule new one!!

call them or schedule to go there in person - it's best to go in person to speak to someone
