WooHoo!

So I offically started my DIY shoes this weekend, and so far so good with every stone I applied I was just getting more excited and cant wait for them to be finished. They are sooo sparkle and pretty!

When I sent a picture to my BM to show them what I was doing one of them wrote me back saying 'OMG those are the shoes you are getting married in!!!' and something clicked in my head, little by little it keeps sinking in 'I'm actually getting married!' LOL


CRAZY!!!!!


Then yesterday my BM gave me her flower girl backet that she fond in a box of her left over wedding stuff along with the matching ring bearer pillow, so that's 2 checks for me that I wasn't even expecting to check off LOL

so all in all a pretty productive weekend

how are you applying the stones? i found a pair of shoes that i love on etsy but they are $250 and I'm not spending that of dyables.

I took some pics of before and what they look up to date once I find my camera cord I will upload them



I'm applying stone by stone with this glue called gemtac I found a website from a girl who did it and that's what she used on satin shoes. I think if you have paten leather you need something different tho.

go for it!! Its not 'hard' just time consuming and tedious I got the stones from ebay and and another website I can look it up and email it to you if you want, I just cant remember the name off hand (I looked at soo many sited and shopped around a lot before ordering)
