(posted this on BHB as well) I'm asking this b/c I could not find any info on the web about this. When a bride's parents are hosting is this correct:
Dr. and Mrs. Joseph J. P. Smith request the honour of your presence....ect.
or is it:
Doctor and Mrs. Joseph John Peter Smith request the honour of your presence....ect.
Which is correct? B/c I've read everywhere that you don't abbreviate and to spell out the middle names, but this sounds ridiculously long (my Dad has two middle names and so do I)

From what I found online this is correct. Doctor and Mrs. and use full middle names. Good luck!
