Workout rave!

I just have to share how much I absolutely love my new workout. I've developed a bunch of knee problems over the years and am unable to run anymore due to severe pain.

I've been searching for a workout that still delivers with no impact and I've finally found it thanks to a bunch of my friends in LA.

It's called Cardio Barre. It is absolutely unbelievable and kicks your butt!!!

I bought the dvd the other day and am hooked. Best of all, it does not hurt my knees at all!

They try to sell you on the portable ballet bar, but you don't need it, you can just use a chair.
