Email the OTHER company that you did not choose to go with and let them know?
OR
Figure their lack of following up with me as a sign that it wouldn't have worked out..
I find it amazing that some don't follow up on solid leads.

If they didnt get back to you too bad on them! I wouldnt waste your time calling to let them know.. eventually when they call say umm your too late sorry!

I never initiated the email to tell the other company we booked elsewhere. If they emailed me and asked if I was still interested, then I told them we decided to go in a different direction. But, that only happened once. Everyone else just never followed-up

I recently emailed a vendor that I was going with another company and he was so rude in his email, and bashed the vendor I chose to go with.
I thought I was being polite by letting him know. After seeing how rude he was, it solidified my decision to go with the other. FM me if you want to know the company name.

The original reason I asked was because I said 'we want to decide by tonight' (Last Night) so it was I that set that expectation.
Sorry I'm a little technical.. It's my job, I'm a project manager..
