I would want them separate b/c my birthday is about me and our wedding is about US!!!

I probably wouldn't. My birthday is Feb 13. So it's the day before valentins so I wouldn't want it all to be around the same time.

I wouldnt get married on mine because its in the winter and i hive in the cold so that owuldnt look good in pics lol we were throwing around the idea of getting married on our daughters birthday 8/29 but then decided it was too late in the month and alot of people would probably be on last minute vacations so we went with 8/1 instead

omg.. i get hives too!! i found out that if i get it after I eat any wheat and gluten products.. so i might not be the cold per say.. it might be a combo..

I always thought of my birthday as like a national holiday! I loooooove celebrations, holidays, etc.- I wouldn't want to combine my birthday with my anniversary.

(and of course the selfish and immature side of me wouldn't want to get cheated out of a gift! )

My mom got married on her birthday, and then my father and her divorced. Now she can't go through a birthday w/out also remembering her anniversary. She never recommends it b/c what she thought was a double celebration ended up to be bittersweet memories with the years to follow.

I would! I really love the time of year my birthday is so I think I would get married close to it. Maybe not excatly on it. But if it was a day before or after, I think it would be ok.

definitely not!

Not only because I wouldn't want to share my birthday with our wedding anniversary, but because my birthday is december 22nd and thats so close to Christmas! I already feel like I've been sharing my birthday with Christmas my whole life!

I would have like to get married Nov 17, fh's birthday with the wedding lasting until after 12 am, because Nov 18 is my birthday, but fh was totally against it. We picked our date so that we would not sing happy birthday to anyone.

I'm getting married 3 days before my 25th birthday.

But at least I'll be on my HM when i turn 25

ETA: I didnt plan it that way....it turns out this was a good day for us, our families etc

I think it would be cool - twice the fun! But my bday is 7/27 and I hate the heat, so it wouldn't work for us - I didn't think about it at all.

I'm getting married the day before my birthday. I didnt plan it that way. I just picked the date that worked best for us.

I'm actually getting married the DAY BEFORE my birthday. I'm getting married when I'm 33 and going on my honeymoon when I'm 34. Hee hee. We didn't intentionally plan it that way, but that's just how it worked out.

FH thinks it's awesome since now he'll never forget our anniversary or my birthday . . . unless he really screws up and forgets BOTH!

absolutly not

there is one day that i hate its my birthday

terrible things happen that day..a few family memeber have died on my birthday

im a grump on that day and i can promise you that at least once on my birthday i am in tears
