I'm helping my mother plan mine, well, because, we can't keep anything from each other. And, I 'd like to be dressed nice with my hair done and not show up with a rats nest and sweat shorts...

UMM yes and no. I want to pick the place and the girls/ladies/women can do the rest. Prob a surprise but 90% of the girls know its going to happen so its not really a surprise when they walk into the place, haha

well, im helping with location etc ill have my outfit picked out so my sisters can have it

its ovi we'll have one lol as far as date i dont know I may know or not

at first i was weird about giving up total control but for the fact that ive been planning this wedding without help from others or asking for ideas and involving family, i feel horrible now ...I am gonna leave this all up to my mom and MOH, since i know they both want to be more involved with what i do...I trust them both 100% and i know it means alot to them to do this on their own so im willing to step aside...i do want it to be a complete surprise, i was even wondering if they should let FH know far in advance bc he is the worst with secrets lol, even if he doesnt tell me straight out he might make it obvious lol.

I definitely want to know. I'll let them do all the planning, but I want to know when it is. I rarely wear makeup and I'd like to make sure I look normal for my shower.

I want to be suprised. I'm thinking that it is going to be at resturant instead of someones house. I trust my mom and BP to pick a place they know I'd love. If I just get an invite to my MOH/Sister's house its a sure fact that I'll have on sweats and a t-shirt. My mom and BP know me too well and there is no way FH could hide one of my nice outfits in the car.

My friend said OH NO...I dont think i can be at your shower b/c I usually go home for Thankgiving...hence its the weekend b4 thanksgiving!

LMAO!!! I told my mom that if she tries to surprise me, i won't go anywhere except for the day SHE TOLD me the shower was. LOL

I hate surprises like that. Being in the spotlight gives me anxiety and to walk in not know it, would probably give me a mini stroke....

do ppl just not know that they dont talk to the bride about her shower ...that happened with this one girl and she got real mad bc she wanted it a surprise but one girl told her oh i cant make it to your shower on so and so date, and then she told the girl oh you didnt know? and then says oh well not really a big deal

yep isn't that nuts?!? i was wondering if it was on purpose cause she had an evil kind of laugh..but i dought it..yea i told my mom...and she kept saying 'I don't know when your shower is, its not that day, i can't tell you' kind of thing..but i know shes been looking at places to have it..she keeps coming home with menus!
