would you pay $65 for flip flops?- UPDATE!!

Ok. So I bought shoes, but I am still so afraid of them being uncomfortable. I want to have something to change into. I found these, they are made with swarovski crystals, but it seems like an insane amount of $$ to spend on flip flops. The other shoes I bought were $45. Do you think this is something I could try making myself? I am so not crafty.

UPDATE: I can't believe how many responses I got to this post LOL!! I would have never paid that much for flip flops, it really is totally insane. But I did buy some last night, I got them for $10. FH were walking around Manhattan last night and I went into a couple of shoe stores, and as we were leaving one, the guy at the door 'invited' me to go upstairs to their special sale. Lo and behold they had all their flip flops up there for cheap cheap!! So I got these, but in white. What a savings!! I just found the pic on the zappos website, and they are $35 dollars.

I would pay $65 for flip flops, but imo the ones you posted look really cheap.

I'm sorry, but that's absolutely ludacris for them to charge $65 for those flip flops.

Old Navy sells all colors - 2 for $8....you can totally add the crystals yourself - and they don't have to be swarvski - who's going to know anyway?

I think you were ripped off IMO. You can get a pair like that in Chinatown for at least $10.

Where do you buy crystals from? Is that something they would have in a craft store like Michaels? I am clueless about this stuff. And do I need some kind of special glue to make them stick?

target has crystals like that--usually used to design cell phones lol...u can def use them on flip flops

If it makes you feel any better... i would pay that money for them. I have a very hard time finding flip flops i like and i've been searching for ones for the reception. So if i found a pair i liked, i'd get them. Especially since i can get a lot of use out of them on our honeymoon and i practically live in flip flops during the summers. But thats just me.

Im buying the crystals & making it on my own. Frig that. No one is going to really see it under my dress anyway. Actually, Im going to buy a few pairs of the cheap ones in Old Navy & decorate them with crystals for my honeymoon.

I would probably pay $65 for a pair of fabulous flip flops - but those flip flops don't really look like they are worth $65. I would keep looking if I was you. Good luck!
