can seat 10, but there's just you and 6 other guests of SOMEWHAT close acquaintence, or sit at a table with people you know a lot better but be the 11th person 'squeezed in.

I have this same dilema and was thinking of splitting up the big group into 2 tables and put them next to each other.

But to answer your question, I'd rather be the 11th person.

I hate going to a wedding and being so uncomfortable. I would go with smaller # of people at the table. Everyone gets up dances and mingles anyway.
