I have not been on here in probably almost a year!! I started a new job and been so busy trying to plan and get everything together for the wedding!
Has 2007 flew by for anyone else?? I thought this year would go so slow because of the anticipation and now I am freaking out just a little because my countdown says 32 days and I dont know how it came up so quick!!!
Just wanted to say that I hope everyone's planning is going well and the countdown is on for us 2008 brides!

ohh yess! excited and crazy! ... We have a bunch left to do, but I think I'm on target, or so I hope! With school and work I have noo time for alot of the stuff.

I dont know if I am on target or not.....but it is mostly little stuff I have left...i have to do my menus, the programs, and favors- but i am donating so i just going to put together some little boxes with candy and ribbon with a tag- but it will probably take longer then i think- also need limo and a musician for the ceremony (maybe). probably other stuff that i have forgotten!!

Basically everything I still need to do, except I have my limos, but limos are easy to find in the winter time, so I think were both on target

Mine is December 4th, but I only have about 2 people I need to call thankfully, otherwise I think I would be ripping my hair out lol... but my lovely in laws are deciding to call people and invite them over the PHONE oh wells lol

Well you still have a while to go, most of my RSVPs came right in the beginning, and right at the end.
We were surprised by alot of the people saying no, but we ended up over our minimum which we were very happy about because we thought we might not be

thats what I thought- i got like 15 on 2 days after i sent out the invites and then they slowed down little by little each day, and not its not that many a day.
what are you doing for favors? are you doing menus and programs? i'm having issues deciding what to do for place cards-...didn't really want to do the traditional tent cards, but not really sure what to else to do.....
what about your dress?? did you have your fittings yet? i think thats the best part of the process!

I'm doing little tiffany blue boxes with red hots in them, that says 'love is friendship set on fire' ... basically our theme of the wedding... Then jordan almonds. how about you??
I'm doing menus and programs, FH's coworker has a side job that we just found out about and he said he will print them for free! yay! lol .. .. We were JUST talking about placecards, I want to do the card with the pine cone, I'll see if I can post a picture
I've done 2 of my fittings, theres one picture in my album, but my second fitting I forgot my camera! grr, but my last fitting is December 22nd.. how about you?

Awww the pinecones are so cute. I love them- love the texture.
your theme is adorable too....and the favors are perfect for it!
we are going to make a donation but i think im going to get little boxes and fill them with dark chocolate cranberries and put a bow and tag on them explaining the donation.- i was going to double them for the place cards....but i think i would rather them at the tables, so im not sure.
I had my final fitting yesterday and I'll pick it up in a couple of weeks- it was very exciting....im not a big fluctuator in weight and i wanted to have it before the holidays, so im risking not having a later fitting....

donating to Cancer research- my sister just had breast cancer this year at 35!! it was unreal...
we are getting married at tribeca rooftop in the city- im a long islander too but always wanted that city wedding :)
