WW bell pepper and tomato soup
I just made this. It's 1 point per cup and it's so delicious.

I would use less pepper at first to taste and add up to 1/2 tsp, because I think it's too peppery and I put in the 1/2 tsp. Up to you.
And I also roasted the peppers, didn't take that long and it does bring out the flavor in the peppers.
