Just had to share that I reached my 10% goal today!
I actually didn't have a very good week, I cheated a bit but I still lost almost 5 pounds this week.. so I was SUPER excited!

Congrats to both of u Keep up the good work!
I used to go to WW but I actually do better when I do the plan on my own (I've lost 50 lbs total in the past 7 yrs). I couldn't afford WW anymore so I stopped going. The scale hasn't budged the past few weeks but I've been eating good this week so hopefully tomorrow I'll be down a pound or 2.
I also did my Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones video tonight (w/out fast forwarding through too many hard parts lol)
