I'm kind of excited, but I'm not sure at the same time. My sister called me at work and said as an early B-day present she wanted to pay for 10 weeks of WW for me! I'm really happy, but yet I'm not sure if I can do it! I'm a REALLY picky eater, and I eat out a lot. I can't seem to find the time to cook with my DH not being home at night a lot and with my 17 month old son.
I've posted before that I've been working out and eating a lot better for 9 months now and have only gained weight. I haven't even lost a pound! So that's why I'm really excited about the chance of doing it. What do you think? Do you think I can do it? Is it really hard? Thanks!

Re: WW girls... What do you think?
not hard at all. Cut everything you eat in half. A lot of time at night, I eat a bowl of cereal for dinner.

I would actually do better if I didn't eat with DH
Seriously, I was doing well before the wedding, but now I have a tough time. I think WW is the best for me b/c it is the most flexible, I just have to be honest with myself about what I am eating and make the right choices. You can do it!

I agree...
Eating with my DH is horrible! He eats soooo unhealthy it's not funny. It's really hard to eat healthy when he's eating a nice burger and fries in front of me. He has no desire to lose weight or eat healthy or exercise for that matter! Makes it harder for me!

Re: WW girls... What do you think?
you can eat the same things...just healthier version!!
You can do it Melissa!!!
Me and FH eat very night together and he EATS (doesn't gain). I on the other hand gain from just cooking his food.
Here'smy AVERAGE day:
Egg Whites (2) Whole Wheat Toast (1) Coffee (with FF 1/2 & 1/2 & 1 splenda) sometimes Ill have FF cottage cheese w/ pinapple ( ounds gross...but my bro got me hooked
Salad with chicken, lettuce, cucumber, FF cheese, and FF Italian Dressing
Fruit ( strawberris, canteloupe, 1/2 banana, apple) I alternate each day which one
OR
25 mini pretzels or 10 regular pretzel twists
whatever I want for dinner. I weigh the food. I made pot roast last night and weighed 4 oz. meat and 1 oz. red potatoes, and a veggie-all you can eat
fill up all day on water. For a twist I use crystal light raspberry or lemonade or arizona diet green tea.
Also try to get atleast 2milk servings in each day 6-8 waters 2 oils and 5 o6 fruits/veggies
GOOD LUCK!! And keep me updated!!!
As i said before..if you live near Patchogue..and you are free thursday nights..you HAVE TO go to WW there for Jocelyn..i LOVE her!!!!

Eating out is fine too, if you do the points system. There is a book you get that has point values for varous dishes at restaurants. Sometimes I find it easier to do that rather than calculate all the points for whatever I'm cooking. Good luck!!
