I am very close to going to a lower point range. Is it hard to get used to? I'm afraid I will have trouble staying in my points range.

Re: WW Point Ranges
i am very close as well to going to a new points range.
my range now is 20 - 25
my new range will be 18 - 23
so what i have been doing is shooting to hit 20 points a day this way the adjustment wont be that bad.

Re: WW Point Ranges
i'm in the 18-23 point range. i find it very hard to stay in that range! one slice of pizza is 9 points! i had 2 slices on wednesday for lunch - that was pretty much my points for the entire day! the only way i can stay within my points is to have all my snacks be 0-1 points - lots of fruits and veggies!!

Re: WW Point Ranges
I went down to the 18-22 point range. Before I always ate 20, now I try and eat 18 but usually end up with 19 or 20 anyway. It is hard to get used to at first, but it gets better!

Re: WW Point Ranges
Can someone post the ww point ranges? I'm not sure if I am 18-23 or 20-25. I bought the books that list points for each food but does not mention how many points I can eat.
I do not go to the meetings, so I don't know.
Thanks for your help.
P.S. I started last week and I've lost 2lbs. My goal is to lose 18 more.
I have found 18-23 range to be extremely difficult to stick to and probably that is the reason why I stopped doing WW!!! Usually, I would be in the 23 pt area, hitting the max, and I only lost 1.6 lbs in about 2 weeks or so.
On the flipside, it may have been more difficult for me to lose weight b/c I am already at my healthy range, so now I just aim for weighlifitng and cardio workouts.
