Are you making it? Or is it from a restaurant?
From a restaurant, I think is like 13 points because they use a lot of butter. Sometimes I toast light bread (1 point) and then put the cheese on it and place it in the microwave. It's a little ghetto but at least it's a lot less points. I am not sure about the points value of a piece of cheese though.

I dont know but I guess it depends if youre using butter or not, and possibly what kind of cheese.

I make it on the george foreman so you don't need butter, not the same but close enough!

I make it in a sandwich maker (no butter) with WW bread and 2 slices 2% american cheese.
