it's only my second day on WW and I think i cheated on it a little...there were a bunch of tagalongs left in a box so I ate them, ALL...so much for a good day within my point range!!

take out of your weekly extra points Gaby.

I have gone back to the gym, did some work out videos and started using my Wii Fit again!!!!

Hopefully I can start walking at lunch again too.

Soooo had my first weigh in today. And I lost!! 1.6 I know not much especially for a first week, but I will be honest I wasn't that strict. I had many celebrations this week with my new nephew and lots of family gatherings. Sooooo my will power wasn't totally there. I am also BLOATED like CRAZY!!!!!!

So YAY I am happy a loss is a loss right!

1.6 is a great weight loss!! You're only supposed to lose an average of 2lbs a week. Anymore than that and you risk putting it all back on. Great job!

The meetings are for encouragement, support, ideas, tips, etc. It's basically a reinforcer that you're not in it alone. That's it in a nutshell.

As for pricing, there's three different options, but the cheapest option is $39.95 per month and you get access to meetings and e-tools, the online WW companion.

I'm actually a meeting leader, so FM me if you need anymore info.

HEY HEY HEY! 0.6 is still a wonderful loss! I bet there are some girls on here who wished they lost 0.6 this week also!!!!!! NEVER underestimate a loss, no matter what it is.

PS - remember if you lose 0.6 every week for a year, you'll lose 31.2 pounds!

ITA with Laura- every small weight loss counts. They really do add up. I'd have weeks where I'd only lose .2...but they added up to 60lbs in the end!

About how long did it take for you all to see a big difference in your weight/appearance? A couple of months?

To be honest Gaby, it took me less time to lose the weight than it did to REALLY see it.

Generally, every 10 pounds or so I went down a pant size. But for ME to REALLY see it....that's a whole different story. There are still some days I don't see it. But everyone else started to see it after about 15 pounds for me.

I'm wearing pants I haven't fit into in 2 years!

Some of my favorite clothes look so terrible on me because they are baggy. Most of my 'regular' aka 'pre-WW' are so big I cannot wear them - even with a belt. I wish I had measured myself so I could know how many inches I lost.

Total weight loss is 27.6 lbs.
