CONGRATS CELIA!!!

I'm eating one of the new chocolate pretzel bars. SOooo good. I need to get some more.

I've been doing really well, esp. since I'm training for my 10k.

Those pretzel bars are so good.

I just bought the rosemary/olive oil pretzels. those are so good too.

When is your 10k?

My 10k is May 2nd. I've been running on average about 4 miles 4-5 days a week.

I need to up it a bit though. Its so soon!!!

But running is soooo good for losing weight. I've lost like 6 lbs since i started already!

Congrats, Celia! 17 pounds, that's a lot!!!

Colleen...I need to get back to running. I always go back and forth with it...sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it. You're gonna kick @ss in your 10K!

I'm going hardcore Core...I've been eating too many things that aren't Core, and I feel so much better once I make the switch back to 95% Core foods. So I shook things up as of yesterday morning (after the weekend of two showers and a wedding, I needed it) and already feel a lot better. I follow Core regularly, but the weekend threw me off a bit. Whatever, it's over with and I changed everything as soon as I could - with Sunday night's dinner. I'm not much of a fan of 'oh, I'll restart WW tomorrow/Monday/next month'...for me, if I don't change it with my next meal, I never will.

Workouts are going well. Unfortunately going to miss Pilates this Thursday, but I hope to make it up on Saturday morning.

I don't know what the number on the scale is right now, but I'll weigh myself at the gym either tonight or tomorrow morning, depending on when I go.

I had WI yesterday and gained .6. Thats ok though because I have figured out that every 4 weeks or so I seem to gain a few ounces.

I've been doing really well - 16.6 lbs in 10 weeks. I'm surprised at how easy it has been for me to stick with the points (although some times are harder than others).

I think my goal is 25 lbs, but I will see how I feel when I hit 20.

I really should start exercising too, that would probably help!
