Stupid Baskin Robbins. A bunch of coworkers went for the $1 lattes at Dunkin Donuts and I don't drink coffee so I said I would get a scoop. I am so glad they put calorie information on the boards or I never would have known!!!

Ice Cream is one of my absolute favorite things and I simply cannot believe how many calories are in it. I got a single scoop of the sherbert, but even 4 oz of that was 3 points and I'm pretty sure that the small was about 6 oz.

Holy cow, I cannot believe I never knew how bad Ice Cream was for you!

It depends on the type of ice cream... I've been eating the skinny cow and the ww ice creams and they are low(er) in points but taste just as good. Frozen Yogurt is supposed to be good for you too, like the Red Mango and the Coldstone franchises Frozen Yogurt but I personally don't like them.

Sooo...I am not new to weight watchers...I lost about 20 lbs 2 years ago...basically kept it off for a little while and wasnt tracking but watching...gradually I started to gain because I started to eat whatever again. I didnt gain it all back but about 14 of it. Then November I started again but it was a very hard time with the holidays...then I got engaged (mmm food, dinners, the whole nine...then it was the holidays, then my Grandpa passed to (Colleen )...then my birthdaym blah blah blah.

Well girls, I started today!!! Dont you love how after even a half a day of being on WW you feel so much better that you are doing it and have the mind set? So, Ive been drinking my water with lemon, have had 13 point so far (my lean cuisine was 8 but no biggie cuz it filled me up). Wedding is short of a year away and that has got me inspired. Hopefully that will keep up!

How you girls doin today?

LOL, yea I guess you could say that. It kind of happens anytime I tell people I'm a leader. Happened at my current job, my old job, my family and friends, etc. But it comes with the territory of being a leader That's great for your friend too. Has she kept the weight off?

Congrats on going back on! It's a big step and totally worth it. You'll lose the weight you gained back in no time.

You really do feel better even after just a day. I feel better when I eat healthier and excercise.
