You joined planet fitness today??!! YAY for you!! When I join I will let you know and we can meet up and work out together one night (put me through the colleen bootcamp? lol)

And yay for weight loss!! high five!!

I joined yesterday!! I know i told you i went...but i also joined while i was there lol. are you def. gonna join? let me know! they also offer free small group training sesions where they show you how to use the equipment and what equiptment works out what body part. i signed up for a session on thursday- cant wait!!

Yea I think I am going to join today, I dont care what Shawn says about joining a gym lol I need to do this for me and to get healthy (and hot...lol). Thanks for the heads up about those training sessions!!

I'm not going to hell because I didnt have meat yesterday!

Just join the gym. Anyway, Shawn can come with you FOR free. So its like getting two memberships for the price of one. What could be a better deal, really?

melville but I can go to anyone i got the $20 membership so I can bring Dave with me on the weekends.

Thats great kimmy!! I am going to melville today to join. Hopefully I see you everyonce in a while and we can workout together!!

hahaha...If we did that, I would end up laughing so hard I would fall off a treadmill and damage something again lol Can just imagine...

I still cant find my tshirt..think if I email client services I can get another one?

i wanna lose like 5-10 lbs before bikini season.

Yep. So excited cuz we've never been. The good thing is the hotel has a fitness center.
