i wanna lose like 5-10 lbs before bikini season.

Don't worry try to eat sensibly and stay active. I am sure you will be fine!!!!!!

where are you going? DC?

Yep. So excited cuz we've never been. The good thing is the hotel has a fitness center.

plus in DC you do a lot of walking!!! you really don't ever need the car you can walk to a lot of places. Def. see if yo can find some walking tours online and print out the routes to the different sites

Weighed in on Saturday morning. I had alot of salt on Thursday which caused me to hold alot of water. I was up .2 lbs.

Spent most of Saturday going pee, and by Sunday morning I was 2lbs lighter.

This Saturday I hope to be at least 3 lbs lighter so I can reach 30 lbs lost.

I love fitting in to clothes I have not worn in 2 years!

I refuse to change my loss/to go under my name despite what the scale said Monday morning.

I had a pretty big loss the week before but ummm I had the virus and NOTHING stayed in my system. So after a bottle or two on Easter, really, what did I expect?

I'm feeling much more motivated now that we're doing the Move It challenge. I also started something at school with the class. We're walking the Ididarod Trail (no I can't spell....it's after 3pm!!)

Hope everyone has a great week!!

Re: WW Support Thread

Ive been trying to keep track of all my points in my head lately and it seems to be going ok...

How many activity points do you think an hour and a half of weights is...I know a half hour on the treadmill on easy is 2 points (I usually do it on level 4...then i start to slowly increase the speed so I am jogging/running..then back to walking, back to running...make sense?) but all the strength training I do, I am totally lost on the points value for that....

I had such good intentions today...ate a nice 3 point breakfast...had a good lean cuisine for lunch ANDDD...DRUMM ROLLL... i took it out of the microwave at work and dropped it alllll over the floor. I was just not gonna eat but then decided I would so I wouldnt be starving later. I had sushi, 2 healthy rolls and unfortunately 1 not so healthy, but Im going to have grilled eggplant for dinner with weight watchers mozzarella on top and some salad and a 1 point english muffin to fill me a little.

good luck with dinnertime girlies

I'm in Washington D.C this week on vacation. I'm trying to be semi-good, but its always so hard when you're away. I bought low pt snacks with us to try and stay healthy.

Now I'm drinking a beer and most likely having mcdonalds for dinner. Dont wana weigh in lol

Re: WW Support Thread

last night I put everything I could find into my mouth. I am so MAD MAD MAD at myself.

I knew I was going to be making a tray of eggplant parm for dinner and I was so good during the day. When I got gome I ate about 8 points in fat free mozzarella. I cut off a small piece - and kep doing it and doing it and doing it.

Then I divided the tray into 8 portions - and ate 3 of them.

FH made some spinach fetuccini on the side and I ate 2 servings of that.

Then I had about 6 points of Starbursts.

I just could not stop eating.

today is a new day!! unfortunately it was pizza for lunch day. I had some salad, but I also had 2 slices. Now I feel bloated.

My body is getting so angry at me. My stomach is like 'why are you doing this to me', yet my tastebuds are like 'more grease and cheese please!'.

Blah - No idea why I am totally bingeing these past 2 days. But I need to stop.

It's ok we all do it... is it that time of the month? That could certainly be why. I am like a gavone when that time comes... Food watch out bc I will sniff you out and eat you....

No really don't beat yourself up just committ to making tomorrow a better day. Go home have a light dinner and maybe a cup of herbal tea to keep you full (atleast I do that & it works for me) and wake up in a better mind set.

Feel better

OMG, thats awesome. I know how could that feels. Cant wait to start loosing again. Started up again this week...it hasnt been a bad start but not a strict strict one either...but since Im home today from work I made myself this huge egg white omelet loades with veggies and had some fat free yogurt with a little splenda and im so satisfied.

Whenever I really get going on weight watchers, my thought is always...shouldnt everyone been on this? its just the right way to eat, not a diet...this might sound silly but I am going to use the things I learned from WW as a guideline for when i raise my kids...like i just know how much they should eat and stuff and what is a good balance of foods for them.

Motivations ladies--- * you in your wedding dress on your day* yayyy, gonna be hottt to trottt, lol
