Ok I need to enlist the help of my WW ladies. I've DEF. hit a weight loss plateau. How can I possibly kick start it so I start losing weigh again??
It's so frustrating!
Colleen,
Do you by any chance have your tracker from the first week you joined WW? If so, try to replicate that week as much as possible this week.
I also notice you said you 'try to track.' Remember, sometimes trying our best doesn't work. We have to do what's required.

I know that you are a leader - my question is do u ever have times where you yourself just fall off the wagon and dont track for a few days and say screw it?? Whats your key to staying on board, how do du keep motivated?

Of course I do. I'm still human you know As a matter of fact, just today I found myself sitting down with a bag of chips, a big bag, not a little one. That's something I haven't done in the longest time. And I even said to myself 'I can't believe I'm doing this.' But I made sure to have a healthy dinner, and I'm back on tomorrow. Really what gets me back on is going to a meeting as a member. I still go almost every week and sit in as a member and just enjoy the meeting instead of working it. That's my support, my motivation.
ETA: it also helps that I could lose my job as a leader if I gain my weight back. I need to be within two pounds of my goal and must send a weight slip in to corporate once a month. It's a requirement of all employees.

You have a great point Laura. I do remember from the beginning that the weeks I tracked I did so much better. I don't have my tracker from the first week I joined.
But you have motivated me to write everything down- starting today!!

Dont loose too much more weight, maybe 2 or 3 more pounds...Reasons : Number 1, you will get kicked out of WW and Number 2, there is such a thing as being too skinny, you want to look hot for your epics, not like a starving boney ethopian child...You look great now regardless of what you think you see in the mirror...

Did you know that 1 pound is 4 sticks of butter????????? So you lost more than 4 STICKS OF BUTTER!!!!!!!!
YES you should go to your weigh in. I bet you might be *pleasantly* surprised.
And remember this: When you're losing weight successfully, that's when the meetings need you. When you're struggling and having a tough time, that's when you need the meetings

Go to your weigh-in!!! You never know! And don't boo to losing 1.2lbs. You didn't ONLY lose 1.2 lbs- you LOST 1.2 lbs- so yay!!
When I was losing weigh I would go weeks with only losing .8lbs each week..or .2 lbs. It adds up. Before you know it will add up to 50lbs! (It took me a year but I did it!). Besides, you dont want to lose more than 1 or 2 lbs each week or you will gain it all back right away (I know from experience and it scks!!)
Even though there were times I didn't want to get weighed in- I went anyway. Its whats important. Thats what makes WW work. Go to your weekly weigh-ins and meetings.

i agree...since being on weight watchers i have been losing about 1 lb a week or sometimes 1.5 lbs...it felt slow in the beginning but now that i am down 14.4 lbs i def can see and feel the difference.

Re: WW Support Thread
FH and I rejoined weight watchers on 5/16. I've been an on and off, mostly off member since 1999. I really want to look nice for my wedding so I told FH it was now or never. We weighed in on Saturday, I lost 4.8 lbs and FH lost 3.8 pounds. I know a lot of my problems stem from my addiction to soda, so I've basically cut it out of my diet. I think I've only had it three times since the 16th and I had been average several cans a day prior.
