I just thought I would share for any WW people like me who LOVE cheese especially appetizer type cheeses, that WW came out with a Pepper Jack Cheese that is FANTASTIC!!! IT tastes so much like real cheese I was shocked.

Honestly this might have been out for a while but I just found it and could eat the whole package! But I won't!

Is it bad if you eat really light during the day and then use majority of your points at night?
ie. 1 serving of cereal in the morning, 0 point serving of presliced apples, 0 point special k protein water and 2 light babybel cheeses for lunch??

Opinions?

Stop and Shop now carries almost all the WW's cheeses. I was so excited for the cream cheese since it was a dollar cheaper at stop n shop then it was at Walbaum's. They also have mexcian shreaded cheese which is yummy as well.

My leader had always told me to try and use your points equally thoughout the day. The biggest problem with using few points during the day is you might end up very hungry later on and over eat.

My thoughts exactly. It doesn't sound like you're getting enough in during the day. Are you usually starving when you get home Gaby?

Have you tried eating snacks every 3 hrs? I heard that keeps your metabolism going (healthy snacks likes fruit etc)
