OMG I am OBSESSED with the Ziti!!! I eat it way more than a normal person would and I never get sick of it!

I love anything pasta and pizzaish with Smart ones and the lean cusines, especially the Lean cusine pizza with the spinach and the ravioli and vegetable (no red sauce), i ate it all the time and can't remember the name.

My FH and I cut back on frozen meals as a way to save for the wedding, but it did teach me that most home cooked things give you more food for the same amt of points!

Ok, so I am REALLY upset right now and need to get it out...(This is in regards to my weight, so if someone doesnt like what i am saying, please dont read this and give me problems for it...n/o)

I went to the doctor yesterday and apparently I have gained 30 pounds in a matter of weeks...I started WW about a month ago...Apparently I now weigh 160 pounds when a week or two ago I was 130...I dont know what is going on!! I am so upset right now over this, its not even funny. I am so disgusted with myself...My thyroid is fine so thats not the problem, apparently though being on WW has caused me to gain weight (or so the doctor said...) I havent gone to the gym the past two weeks bc of how busy I have been, but I dont think that would cause me to gain this much weight so quick...SOOOOOOO frustrating...All i keep thinking is that this is the heaviest I have been in almost three years and I have my epics in 3 weeks and I cannot be this heavy in them...I just dont know what to do, i cant possibly lose 30 pounds in three weeks without making myself sick...

Thanks for letting me vent girls, i just need to get this out to someone who might understand...

The frozen meals can be expensive. You can alwyas stock up when Walbaums has a 5 for $10 sale. ORRRR...try walmart or target- they are the cheapest there.

did you lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time? that happened to me... last year i overly restricted and lost so much weight that i became an unhealthy weight and then when i started to eat normally again (because i realized i had somewhat of an ED mindset avoiding people, places, etc), my weight balooned up (i would say 25 lbs in a matter of a months). but after a while, my body just had to adjust itself over time. i eventually lost 10 lbs and now i am at a weight where my body is 'comfortable' and still normal for my height and im not over- restricting or striving to become super skinny, just healthy. i wish you the best of luck and hang in there!

Gaby - how do your clothes fit? I mean, is this 30 lbs of fat or did you tone up and gain alot of muscle?

I'm sure you can do it if you set your mind to it!!!! You seem very good with will power...
Unlike me who's been slipping after my plateau and ate TONS of junk food the past few days!!!! Cheesedoodles & Twizzlers yesterday, hot fudge pop tarts today......, I have a DR's appointment tomorrow and I'm sooooo dreading the scale! I think I ate all my extra points in like 2 days with out even trying to! Damn garbage disposal stomach!!!

I have to get my butt in gear...and fast!

Thanks for the link Jess!!

Today is the first day I am back on WW!! I got clearance from my cardiologist to start the diet again, but still not allowed to workout. Oh well, at least its something!!

On another note, I just got the book Skinny B*tch, has anyone else ever read it? I got through the first 3 chapters so far and its pretty good. Definately makes me want to rethink alot of my food choices!!

I looked at the book awhile ago. I felt it was too restrictive. I dont want to have to give anything up *(which is probably why im so damn fat)
