By the way, I'm Alison. I had a good week. I weighed in and was down 1 this morning. I have started training to run a 5K with my dad on July 4th so I am hoping my activity increase will help me creep toward 50 lbs. I would like to hit that mark by July 4th cause that is my one year on WW mark.

Congrats on staying the same. - sorry I don't know who it was.

heyyy alison. Thats awesome that you're training to run a 5k. I dont think I could ever run 5k. And we're here to support you to reach 50lb. I remember how excited I was when I reached the 50lb mark! Right now, I'm about 2lbs away from the 60lb mark.

Okay ladies....I have been on WW for 3 weeks and I have lost a total of 7.6 pounds!!!!

Also, are we getting organized for the Walk it challenge?
I know Kimbiz took my info, but I am not sure if we all have to personally sign up as well.

I don't think we should be talking about rice balls on any thread.... we have seen how long those can go on for.... so good though.....

Okay since we are talking about food.....

Last night, I had a first attempt of doing my own twist on a vegetable quesadilla. I don't normally cook, but I have to say it was good and filling....and a total of 8 points.

Now I am going to be on a quesadilla fix for the next few weeks....yum!!!

ETA: for writing wrong word... I am such a doof!!

I am having a bad WW week...i went away this weekend and drank/ate alot...but i allowed myself to do it bc i had the trip planned for a long time. I gained 4 lbs but wasnt that worried bc I figured the weight will come back off fairly quickly. However....this week I have been sick and i haven't been exercising...grr i can't wait to feel better...i was down 11 lbs and now im only down 7
