nuts lol but i never work later then 1pm unless i work at the florist which the latesttt is 7pm... usually i work morns there so iim out by 3

I don't get out utnil 5/5:30 Mon Tues Wed and on Thurs & Fri I work 1-9....

First...congrats to everyone for reading and posting and taking that step (or continuing to make steps) towards a healthy and let's face it...slimmer you!!!

Second...I'm done using my knee as an excuse but having trouble getting up early to exercise. It would make perfect sense stay up at 5:15 when the dogs wake me up to go to the bathroom. Anyone have anything inspiring to offer me?

I did buy the 30 day shred...did it for one day and was in serious pain for 3, finally asked the phys ed teacher what I could do for my quads that were making me look like I had a stick up my a$$ when I was walking. I haven't done it since. It was a good pain - make any sense? But uncomfortable after 2 days.

Is there anyway we could set up like a walking meet up spot or if anyone belongs to Bally's I have a membership that is collecting dust. IDK, just thinking out loud.

I was on WW and lost 50 lbs last year... I have since gained about 30 back so I have to get back on the horse big time... I argue that I dont wanna pay $40 a month to just be weighed in, I have the wii fit so i can way in there... but i can say going to the meetings makes some kinda difference...

Yeah, I have Wii Fit too but I will not, just can not exercise in front of FH. I dunno, just can't. Meetings definately work for me. I joke about the digital monster, but it's true. Last weeks message was about taking care of ourselves. I really do need that meeting and not just for the scale. I need it so that I can feel like I'm not alone, like there really is someone there to help me out. Not saying you girls (and guys) aren't there, but hey, it's cyber-ish, ya know?

lol Lori... um i would say monday but 1 prom we have a meeting with the church at 7:15 so if we can manage to be done by 6:30 im in!!

Well how about we'll shoot for Tues and you can tell me all about the church the night before!!

I think if we can start at 5:30 and walk for a hour that would work for me....

So where do you want to meet (FM me if you want)

Ohh Wednesday sounds pretty good. I tutor until 4:30, can go home and then meet up with you around 6 and then be at the kennel in Farmingdale for group class at 7:15ish. We start at 7:30, but as a trainer, I should be there earlier. LOL

How does that sound?
