Today I started worrying because I'm almost down to losing another point...and I realized that in order to hit the weight I want I'm gonna be down to 20 points a day!

I'm going to starve!

I know Lori very well!!!! Tell her I said hi!!!!!

Diet soda is 0 points per serving and does count as a water now. However, my recommendation (what I tell my members) is to still TRY to get in at least 3 glasses of REGULAR water each day.

Re: WW Support Thread

So someone tell me your 'typical' day of meals...

I know I need to start eating something for breakfast, and I love to snack...

Right now I have nothing for breakfast, I bring 2 of the one point WW snacks, a banana, carrots, for lunch a turkey sandwich on WW bread with a slic of Alpine Lace swiss cheese, dinner some sort of meat and the pasta mixes (FH and I share a box), than one more WW one point snack and a bag of 95% fat free popcorn

Please feel free to critique my choices!!

Re: WW Support Thread

My 'typical' day:

Breakfast - Oatmeal with half a banana

In between - the other half of the banana or another piece of fruit

Lunch varies - sometimes left overs from the night before, maybe PB&J sandwich, tuna salad (homemade of course)

Then another snack - maybe another piece of fruit, yogurt, WW smoothie with fruit in it.......

Then it depends on the day. If I am just working my full time job and not WW, I'll have dinner and then dessert.

If I'm doing a WW meeting after my full time job, I'll have another snack, and then dinner, no dessert.

Dinner - some sort of protein, chicken, shrimp, steak, etc. Definitely a veggie of some sort.

If I have dessert, it's usually a 1/2 cup light ice cream, a 100 cal pack of cookies, or a smart ones dessert.

So someone tell me your 'typical' day of meals...

Usually for breakfast I have 3/4 cup dry Honey Nut Cheerios. Lunch is a Smart Ones frozen dinner, and I bring 2 100 cal packs to snack on through the afternoon. Dinner is something out of a WW cookbook and dessert is WW/Healthy Choice ice cream or some milk and cookies.

I definitely am needing more fruits and veggies...can't wait for it to get warm and the fruits/veggies to get fresh!

Find ways that you will like them. Remember, they don't have to be just raw. I HATE most raw veggies and will only eat them cooked. So that's what I do.

Also, fruit smoothies, veggie soup, etc.
