Wyndham Wind Watch - Shuttle Vans

My guests are all staying at the Wyndham in Happauge and I am getting married at the Watermill. Does anyone know if the Wyndham provides transportation for the guests to the reception hall? Or if we could pay for it?

They told me they do not provide transportation to and from the reception site. They also said it was only to and from the airport and railroad stations, that's it. My guests are also staying there. Good luck!

Who are you asking at the Wyndam?

Sometimes if you talk to the people who help you do the room blocks they are much more willing to help. I had a friend who used a shuttle service for her reception. She started having the shuttles pick guests up 1 hour before the end of the reception. Some of the older guests didn't want to have to stay till the very end. And then they did a pick-up every 20 minutes after that. I doubt the Wyndam could help with that type of schedule since you would need the van for 1 1/2 hours of so.

I asked the woman who blocked our rooms. I wanted vans just to shuttle my guests to the church, which is 10 min. away. We are having the buses pick up the guests at the church, and didn't want the extra trip for them. Continued success to all...
