When you have your rehearsal and meet with the priest he will give you the right order of things. Are you planning to use different vows that the standard ones?

Who are you having officiate the wedding? Are you having a priest, rabbi, justice of the peace?
Usually they give you a 'standard' order of service and the vows and you let them know if there is anything you'd like to add.
The order you gave looks good.

Yes he should go over it before the rehearsal but I am sure there is a book or website that will give you the program for a traditional catholic ceremony. I know I had a book that gave me the way the processional and recessional flow, caue I had no idea.
