Try posting an add in the medical school, or calling the medical school and see if there's a way to let the incoming med students know about your apartment.

Well Lisa, I placed the ad on craigslist last night.
How soon after you placed yours did you have your first response?
I think it was a day or two after posting. It hasn't been an overwhelming response, but you really only need one, right?
We've had 3 people call from the ad, two have come by to see it, and one has already expressed interest and provided references.
It may help to post it again every few days so that it stays near the top.
