I dont know the answers to all your questions - but i dont think there is a set pre-cana for Greek orthodox churches - they require you to meet with the priest at least once - but it isnt anything as formal as pre-cana

With attire - i think the bare shoulders issue - depends on the church - i know my church - st. demetrios cathedral in astoria is ok with it - or rather - doesnt say anythign about it - i didnt ask - i just bought my strapless dress - i mean i will have my veil over my shoulders - but they can possibly not let me get married - my view is if they are definitely against bare shoulders then they will make a point to say so


Greek orthodox churches are a lot more lenient with photography in teh curch - they allow the photographers to go up front and take front shots of the couple -

I think - and this again may depend on teh church -that they dont allow any musicians in teh church though - for my church at least i am only allowed to use the organ - i know this is true for a few other churches too
