The part that really had my angry was that I know its not really her style and not in her price range either. She went looking at halls this weekend and was ' in love' with the riviera.
Besides could the riviera and sandcastle BE ANY DIFFERENT?!?!!?!?
OH and to top it all off supposedly the only date the riviera has left oct-dec is
December 18th.. HER BROTHER ( my fh's) Birthday!!!!!!!!
And supposedly as of right now that is her first choice so she will take that date if she books there!!

I would totally be annoyed too, but I think you have nothing to worry about. I'm sure your wedding will be so much nicer - no matter where she ends up having hers. I looked at the Riviera a few weeks ago and they had lots of days left in that time period. I'm not sure if they had many Sat. nights, but they did have Fri., Sat. afternoons, & Sundays. They must have booked up really fast!!

I wasn't looking at Dec. I was looking for Sept. & Oct. and there were definitely some in Oct. I would be very surprised if all of the Sundays except that one was taken in Dec. Hmmm... You may be right!

Okay, the Riviera and the Sandcastle are completely different although both beautiful reception halls. The Riviera is made for a small gathering. I wouldn't sweat it if I were you, she's going to end up looking like the copycat and it is flattering to know all your guests will be thinking, just been here, done that!
